Energy efficiency One of the basic requirements of double-glazed windows is to ensure increasingly efficient thermal insulation on the inside, in order to ensure the lowest possible consumption, without affecting the degree of comfort. They represent a successful investment, which offers quality and financial advantages. The energy efficiency of the new Izo3+ window increases significantly thanks to the 3rd insulation gasket, one of the innovative elements present in the new Gealan Linear profile, produced in Germany by our PVC supplier. From 2020, new buildings must also comply with the nZEB concept, i.e. energy consumption must be almost equal to zero. The nearly zero or very low energy requirement must be covered to the greatest extent possible from renewable energy sources, including from renewable energy production facilities on site or nearby. Since these green energy sources are expensive, interest in the energy performance of each material used in construction is increasing.
